Menno Verboom (LLM, Msc) advises buyside, sell side as well as management in MBOs. He has a strong private equity focus. Menno is also active in the field of venture capital, joint ventures and minority participations. Menno holds a master degree in business economics and in law. He was educated at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Oslo Management School and the London Business School (LBS). Menno started his legal career as M&A lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2005 and spent his time in 2011 working in the Freshfields London private equity team.
