Dan Komarek focuses his practice on counseling private equity firms and their portfolio companies on the full life cycle of deals. Dan is highly experienced in advising on strategic investments, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and divestitures. His clients include some of the largest and most active private equity firms in the world. Dan also counsels private and public companies on general corporate matters. In addition to his active client work, Dan serves as the hiring partner for V&E’s New York office.
