Bruno De Laportalière acts for clients in mergers, acquisitions and fund-raising transactions, in both venture capital and growth capital. His particular expertise lies in his understanding of complex securities and negotiating shareholder agreements. He also assists the firm’s clients in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts. Bruno de Laportalière is the regular adviser to a large number of French companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups in the IT, telecoms, telemedicine, aeronautics, luxury goods, sports and real estate sectors. He assists clients in their international matters, and works in English and in Spanish.
