Bio

Marcello Distaso divides his time between the Amsterdam and the Luxembourg offices. His main fields of expertise include international tax planning, mainly related to the structuring of VC and PE deals, joint ventures and M&A transactions. Marcello has developed a particular expertise in structuring investment funds (such as venture capital, private equity, real estate funds and hedge funds). He is also involved in emerging markets work. Marcello is a lecturer at the University of Leiden (LL.M. International Taxation) and IBFD.
