Nick joined Turner Parkinson as a Partner in 1999 and became Senior Partner in 2001. Since then, he has had responsibility for overseeing the development and strategy of the firm. He has over 30 years’ experience in Corporate work and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, with particular expertise in company pension schemes. His client relationships are second to none, with a number of his clients having worked with Nick from the start of his career. A former president of the Manchester Law Society, Nick is currently a pro.manchester board member. He was Senior Partner when Turner Parkinson won North West Insider’s "Corporate Law Firm of the Year" in 2009 and "Medium Law Firm of the Year" at the Manchester Legal Awards in 2010, 2012 and 2016.
