Bio

Charlotte joined Turner Parkinson's Corporate team as a solicitor in April 2017. She assists the Corporate Partners with a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, investments and the provision of general corporate advice. Charlotte trained at a regional law firm in Manchester, with her training contract having a particular emphasis on corporate, commercial and intellectual property. Prior to this, she gained experience as a paralegal at Addleshaw Goddard and Gateley Plc. Charlotte is passionate about business in the North and has experience of working with both regional and national clients in various sectors, including the retail, leisure and technology sectors. Charlotte also enjoys mentoring students looking to enter the legal profession and has spoken at a number of events to provide students with information on what it is like working in the legal profession. Outside of work, Charlotte is a keen runner and has taken part in many long distance running events including the Great North Run. Charlotte also enjoys supporting local charities and travelling.
