Bio

Lynn Lin is a partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm and has practiced for nearly 20 years. Lynn focuses her work on the fields of cross-border transactions and has advised on a wide variety of cross-border M&A, joint venture, private placement, corporate financing and other investment projects in energy, high tech, manufacturing, and telecommunication sectors. Lynn has represented multinational companies, private equity funds and institutional investors in their M&A projects, tender offer and privatization and strategic investments in Taiwan. Lynn constantly assists the clients in investment structure planning, pre- and post- investment restructuring, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, obtaining regulatory approvals, and advises on corporate governance matters. In addition to her transaction works, Lynn also represented various issuers for their IPO and listing on stock exchanges in Taiwan. She constantly advises local and foreign clients on securities regulations concerning issuance, offering and placement of various investment instruments and related tax issues. Lynn is currently a member of Corporate Governance and M&A Committee and the International Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association. In 2020, Legal 500 Asia Pacific noted that Lynn “has a good deal of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors.”
