Nathan Williams is a Corporate Tax specialist having over 15 years' experience of advising clients on their tax affairs. He has established himself as a trusted adviser to a range of clients advising on all aspects of business and real estate taxation. On the corporate side, Nathan advises on the tax and structuring elements of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and investment transactions, financing arrangements and funds establishment. He acts for corporates, entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses, charities, management teams and the public sector, providing transactional support as well as delivering strategic tax advisory work. Nathan is a specialist in real estate tax and he is regularly involved in advising on stamp duty land tax (SDLT), VAT and the direct tax aspects of complex and structured real estate investment and development. He works regularly with clients and colleagues in identifying tax risks and mitigating tax costs where appropriate in respect of real estate funds, regeneration projects, collective investment and property joint ventures.
