Mat Harvey is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity and venture capital transactions. Mathew also has significant experience in joint ventures, shareholders agreements, company constitutions and company structures. Mathew enjoys working with owner managed businesses, family businesses and entrepreneurs, together with their funders. He is also experienced in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions for major corporates.
