Mark Churchman is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate department. Mark is a corporate lawyer with broad experience advising institutional private equity, infrastructure, and real estate investors and large corporates on a range of matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, co-investments, equity syndications and general corporate and commercial advisory work. Over the past decade Mark has advised clients across various sectors developing particular experience of transactions involving real estate and infrastructure (particularly renewable energy) assets. He has advised on matters across the sector from the acquisition of development SPVs through to complex transactions involving portfolios of operational assets spread across multiple jurisdictions. More generally Mark is accustomed to advising institutional private equity and venture capital investors across a range of sectors in the context of auction processes, "bolt-on" transactions, and portfolio work.
