Adrian Jones is a partner in the corporate department of Trowers & Hamlins LLP where he advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law across a number of sectors including manufacturing, oil-field services, automotive, super-yachts, technology, FMCG, aggregates and construction products. Adrian's corporate practice focuses on acquisitions and sales, loan book acquisitions, inward investments, business start-ups, mergers, public and private sector joint ventures, group structuring, and advice on the full range of company law issues acting for a range of UK based and international businesses and high net worth individuals. Adrian also advises his clients on a wide range of commercial contract matters including agency and distribution arrangements, outsourcing contracts, supply contracts, services agreements, distance selling, website terms and conditions, contractual joint ventures and varied high value IT contracts.
