Jeff represents clients in complex commercial litigation. He counsels and litigates on behalf of business entities and individuals in a variety of disputes, including those related to mergers and acquisitions, sale of goods, fiduciary duty, real estate, franchise and distribution, and restrictive covenants. Jeff litigates cases throughout the country in federal and state courts, as well as in private arbitrations. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Jeff counsels manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, and franchisees on their respective rights and obligations under various relationship statutes and on contract issues.
