Dan Anziska focuses his practice on solving antitrust and related regulatory issues for businesses across industries. Dan partners with clients on everything from planning strategic acquisitions in concentrated markets, to structuring joint ventures and other collaborations, to advocating before enforcement agencies and successfully litigating complex antitrust cases in federal courts across the nation. Dan has litigated a wide range of antitrust lawsuits, on both the plaintiff and defense side, in the construction, modeling, sports, financial services, publishing, energy, retail and health care industries. He also is a leading practitioner on antitrust / IP convergence issues and litigates cutting edge antitrust and patent misuse claims in this space. Dan similarly counsels clients on distribution, joint venture, licensing and trade association issues, particularly in the technology and health care spaces.
