Ganesh Rao is Partner, Trilegal, and is part of the Corporate practice group specialising in asset management and funds. In addition to his core practice advising general partners, he regularly acts as counsel to limited partners (including development financial institutions, pension funds, corporations and family offices) on their investments in private funds and other investment programmes. Additionally, Ganesh advises a number of clients on special situations relating to funds, including fund disputes, end-of-life situations, fund secondaries, key person events, LPAC special counsel and manager removals.
