Anirudh Agarwala is a Partner at Trilegal in the Corporate practice group, and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and structured investments. Anirudh has advised on several high-profile mergers and acquisitions involving control transactions and minority investments, in both publicly listed and private targets. He also advises board of directors and senior management of various listed companies on governance issues and assists in developing strategies to deal with potential claims and regulatory investigations. In addition, Anirudh has also worked with several leading funds and financial institutions on hybrid financings and restructurings of distressed assets. Anirudh’s experience of both equity and debt deals helps him find creative solutions for complex deal situations, and align transaction structures with a client’s strategic interests.
