Bio

Tony Kramreither is a partner in our Business Law Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on business law and he has advised clients on a variety of domestic and international acquisition and divestiture transactions and complex corporate/commercial contracts including technology, licensing and distribution. He has extensive experience advising international clients on their expansion into Canada and to successfully navigate their operations throughout Canada. In particular, he is adept at proactively identifying areas of risk and opportunity and working closely with clients to deliver integrated tax management strategies and practical business solutions that advance the client’s business objectives. Tony’s strength is his ability to lead a service team dedicated to helping clients plan, negotiate, and successfully implement substantial transactions within time-sensitive and regulated environments. Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Tony was the Managing Partner of business law at an international accounting firm in Canada. He also served as a director on several boards and recently provided legal commentary and insight on an e-learning Director Training module and platform for a global accounting firm.
