Bio

Sammy Redlick is a partner and head of the Business Law Group at Torkin Manes. He practises in all areas of business law including M&A, corporate finance, and private equity. In his transactional practice, Sammy assists his clients with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, debt and equity financings, angel investments, private equity sponsored transactions, management buyouts, succession planning arrangements, and corporate reorganizations. His commercial practice includes preparing, negotiating and advising clients on all types of commercial agreements and business arrangements, and serving in an outside counsel role to provide his clients with day-to-day business law advice. Sammy works closely with his clients to gain a thorough understanding of their businesses, industries, challenges and opportunities. His business-minded approach to a transaction ensures that his clients receive practical, value-added advice, while Sammy works collaboratively with the other transacting parties and their counsel toward the successful completion of the transaction.
