Daniel Katzin is a partner of the firm in our Business Law and Corporate Finance Groups. He provides counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including transactions and day-to-day business law advice. Daniel’s practice has a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions of businesses, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings. Daniel has also developed significant experience in advising boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, securities regulation and other complex matters. Daniel works closely with our clients to gain an understanding of their businesses and business goals, so his legal advice can be directed to helping clients achieve their business objectives. Before joining Torkin Manes, Daniel practised corporate, commercial and securities law at an international law firm. Daniel has also served in various committee and board roles in his local community, which has allowed him to use his problem solving and strategic thinking to contribute to community well-being.
