Bio

Ari Tenenbaum is a partner in our Business Law and Corporate Finance Groups. His practice focuses on all aspects of business and corporate law. He routinely leads complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions as well as corporate reorganizations. Ari negotiates and successfully implements private placement and venture capital transactions, as well as many secured and unsecured lending facilities. Through his involvement in the New York State Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and his other international networks, he regularly provides legal advice for cross-border work, both inbound and outbound. In addition to all of the above specialized areas, Ari also provides counsel on day-to-day activities for a wide range of clients, from start-ups to established enterprises. Ari brings to his practice strong analytical skills and an ability to assess situations quickly, focusing energies on key issues to effect pragmatic, timely solutions. One of his greatest skills is the ability to make the law make sense, ensuring his clients are engaged and informed at all stages. Ari's extensive experience in community organizations has imbued him with the skills necessary to relate to a wide variety of personalities and communities.
