Bio

Andrew Biderman is a partner of the firm in our Banking and Financial Services Group. His practice includes working primarily with clients in the financial services sector, borrowers and small and mid-size Canadian corporations in a wide range of industries. His practice involves debt finance transactions and acquisitions and divestures in a restructuring context. He has developed a particular focus and expertise in senior secured, asset-based, subordinated and syndicated lending transactions. Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Andrew practised at a full-service law firm in Toronto.
