Richard Life is a partner in the Corporate team and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group reorganisations and joint ventures. Richard works with clients across a number of sectors including healthcare, retail and consumer goods and digital. Richard has considerable experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector having previously been the Head of Legal at an international fashion brand. Richard is independently recognised in Chambers & Partners where he's described as "user-friendly", has a "commercial approach" and is "particularly strong in fashion and retail and is very well connected".
