Ian Roberts is a partner in our national Corporate team based in Manchester, Bristol and London specialising in M&A and private equity work. Ian has acted on many high profile acquisitions disposals and financing transactions of up to £250 million in value for entrepreneurs, both private and publically listed companies and institutions. He has particular expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions acting for private equity houses, investors and management teams. Ian’s practice also includes advising on reorganisations, shareholders agreements, partnerships and joint ventures.
