Alice Gardner specialises in mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses. She regularly works on management buy-outs, investment and shareholder agreements, share buybacks and corporate reorganisations and is head of TLT's Company Secretarial team. Alice's particular area of expertise is in relation to overseas investment into the UK. She advises international companies with interests already in the UK on how to ensure that their interests are efficiently compliant and protected. Alice also works with global organisations who are growing their presence in the UK, whether this is by corporate acquisition, joint venture or new entity incorporation. Alice has extensive experience advising clients based in the UK on transactions with a substantial non-UK element working with lawyers in non-UK jurisdictions to deliver a consolidated service to clients on strategic M&A projects.
