Bio

Petter Tenden works especially with strategic and legal issues for small and medium-sized companies. Among other things, he assists with the establishment, transformation and transfer of business activities. He also works with tax law issues for companies and individuals. Tenden has extensive experience from board work in trade, industry, etc. An important part of his practice consists of advising and participating in a number of boards in companies in Vestfold and elsewhere in the eastern region. Tenden has run a law firm in Tønsberg since 1975, and has previous experience as a lawyer in Oslo, from the Directorate of Taxes and the Oslo Tax Office, as well as as an assistant judge in Tønsberg.
