Odd Gleditsch dy has almost 40 years of experience as a consultant for Norwegian and international clients, including in transactions and commercial negotiations. He mainly works with business law assignments and shipping transactions. He also works with generational change, especially for families who own family businesses. He is a frequently used speaker in generational change and the exercise of ownership in family-owned companies. Gleditsch has extensive experience from board work. He is chairman of the board of Jotun A / S and Hesnes Holding AS, and a board member of Awilhelmsen Holding AS, Hjertnes Eiendom AS and Anders Jahres Humanitarian Foundation and other non-profit foundations. He is also secretary of Vestfold and Telemark Rederiforening. He was named Chairman of the Board in 2017.
