Bio

Anders Hauger works in particular with the regulations for public procurement. He has extensive experience with both appeals before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA) and handles cases before the courts in the area. He also assists in connection with the preparation of tender documents. Hauger otherwise works in several areas of business law, including employment law, contract law, contract law, purchase law and contract law. He regularly conducts cases before the courts in these areas. He assists both public bodies and public service providers. He regularly teaches public purchasers about the regulations, and is a regular lecturer for NIMA Education.
