Bio

I’m a corporate lawyer specialising in working with fast-growing companies and their investors at all stages of the life cycle, from incorporation to exit. I advise on investments (from early friends & family rounds to large institutional and international investments), debt and private equity finance, corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions. I’ve spent the majority of my career focusing on the venture capital and tech ecosystem, acting for a broad range of companies, and there is very little I haven’t seen. This experience enables me to provide commercial and pragmatic advice to both companies and investors. I joined Taylor Vinters in January 2021 from the London office of Withers. During my career I have worked at both US and UK firms, including a brief spell overseas and a role as in-house General Counsel. I have also led the Corporate team of a tech boutique firm and helped establish a specialist legal offering at a large international firm.
