I am an experienced corporate lawyer focused predominantly on the innovation economy and the venture capital universe. I deal primarily with mergers & acquisition, corporate restructuring, venture capital and private equity financing. As well as acting for some of the most fantastic class-leading companies, I also act for a range of highly respected institutional private equity and venture capital investment funds. I lead our Core Corporate team.
