Kevin Langley is a deal lawyer with a corporate and real estate practice that is national in scope. He is a results-driven and business-oriented transactional attorney who views clients as business partners and enjoys helping his business partners achieve their goals. Mr. Langley’s practice focuses on negotiating complex business transactions on behalf of hotels, resorts, restaurants, real estate developers, venture capital investors, private equity funds, and a host of other large and small businesses, business owners, and entrepreneurs. He regularly assists clients with buying, selling, and financing businesses, real estate, and other investments. He also assists clients with business entity formation and governance, contracts, alcohol beverage and related licensing and permits, secured transactions, trade practice law and marketing compliance. Mr. Langley leverages his prior civil litigation experience, representing a variety of clients facing commercial, labor, and employment issues, and his client-side experience─as an in-house attorney for a national holding company with ownership interests in a variety of industries including hotel, restaurant, and energy businesses─to provide client service that transcends legal advice.
