Carrie Henry is an associate with the Corporate practice group at Taylor English. Ms. Henry advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, the use of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), commercial contracts, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Ms. Henry brings experience representing companies in business and commercial disputes in which she supported all phases of federal and state litigation cases in practice areas such as contracts, intellectual property, bankruptcy and commercial real estate disputes. Additionally, Ms. Henry’s background extends to include personal injury and labor law litigation. As a member of Taylor English’s Corporate Department, her unique, first-hand experience representing corporate clients enables her to effectively provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate work. While in law school, Ms. Henry was an intern for the Honorable Joseph Boohaker, Presiding Judge for the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. Her internship included shadowing judge Boohaker during trials and hearings and conducting research.
