Landey Strongin is a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice. Landey represents individual entrepreneurs and public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, publishing, architecture and foodservice and with respect to the full range of legal/business issues which they encounter from the negotiation and drafting of shareholder, partnership, loan, employment and other agreements to advice on regulatory compliance and governance practices. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, he was a partner at Dornbush, Schaeffer, Strongin & Venaglia, LLP.
