Tamar is a partner and head of the Commercial Cross-Border Practice Group, representing international and domestic start-up and mature technology companies in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, intellectual property licensing, and other strategic collaborations. Tamar represents companies in all stages of their life-cycle, from pre-incorporation and beyond, counseling them on their general corporate matters, as well as the significant business and legal issues facing them, from their early stages through acquisitions. Tamar works with a variety of industries, ranging from financing institutions, telecommunications, audio software, food industries, and others, representing both Israeli entities vis-à-vis international counterparts and vice versa. Tamar co-founded "Women in Law," a group of English speaking attorneys who professionally support each other in Israel. She is proud to also promote MyIsrael, a UK based charity, which provides grass-roots support to "under the radar" organizations in Israel. Tamar is active in the Barnard alumni group in Israel. Tamar is a member of the NY, Washington and Israel Bars. Raised in the New Jersey area, she has been living in Israel for the last 25 years, and began her practice at the firm, when it comprised six attorneys (now surpassing 100). Tamar utilizes her wide network of contacts worldwide in order to promote interaction and business development for her clients.
