Opher Levy is the co-chairman and managing partner of Tadmor Levy & Co. alongside Dr. David E. Tadmor. Opher practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, banking and credit card law, telecommunications law, and intellectual property law. Opher’s corporate and individual clients are active in a wide range of fields including financial services, various food services industries, credit payment businesses, environmental technology groups, and private investments. In recent years, Opher has guided a number of commercial and legal operations of immense magnitude and is well-known for his creativity and out-of-the-box solutions, which provide the firm’s clients with opportune solutions for complex business scenarios. Widely recognized for his prominent position within the credit card industry, for which he has drawn praise from international legal directory, Chambers Global for his "great expertise", Opher plays a significant role in the representation of one of the leading credit card companies in Israel. Opher previously served as a member of Midroog Ltd., an Israeli affiliate of Moody’s and one of the three largest international credit rating companies, as well as a member of the board of directors at I.B.C. Israel Broadband Company (2013) and as the Chairman of the Israel Squash Association.
