Doron is a partner with the firm’s Real Estate practice group, advising a large range of clients on all types of real estate transactions, such as sales, purchases, combinations, construction, options, leases, complex joint venture agreements, and credit and construction-loan agreements, among others. Doron regularly advises clients on real estate taxation, zoning and construction, including representation before the relevant authorities. Doron has a notable experience advising foreign clients seeking to conduct business in Israel, including representation in complex real estate transactions.
