Danit joined Tadmor Levy in 2020, as head of our Insolvency & Restructuring Practice Group. Danit has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt and equity financing and collaterals. In addition, Danit specializes in all aspects of corporate recovery, insolvencies, creditors' arrangements and rehabilitation of distressed companies. She regularly represents directors, trustees, lenders and other creditors of financially-distressed companies and has acted on the largest corporate recovery cases in Israel. Danit was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Israel Ministry of Environment for her contribution to the operation of evacuating hazardous materials from Electrochemical Industries' plant as part of its stay of proceedings procedure.
