Avi is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial department, whose practice covers areas of tender law, administrative law, and commercial law. He advises Israeli and foreign corporations with respect to various matters including commercial negotiations, regulatory compliance, tender law and privacy law. Avi has unique expertise in the fields of tender law and clinical trials, regularly advising tender committees and institutional ethics committees.
