Adi heads the firm's Regulatory and Governmental practice. Adi represents Israeli companies and multinational entities operating in Israel with various regulatory issues. As part of the firm's Regulatory and Governmental practice Adi facilitates complex interacting processes with governmental agencies and committees, often working side-by-side with a team of professional consultants (i.e. media and public relations specialists, economists and lobbyists) in order to achieve the best outcome for our clients. Earlier in her career Adi was an associate in the Competition/Antitrust group of Tadmor Levy, where she advised and represented leading Israeli and foreign corporations in various aspects of antitrust law including complex mergers, joint ventures, restrictive trade practices and matters relating to abuse of dominant position.
