Keiji Hatano is the managing partner of the Firm’s Tokyo office. Mr. Hatano has spent several years in the Firm’s New York office and has been a partner since 2011. His practice focuses on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions. He also advises regularly financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Mizuho Financial Group, The Norinchukin Bank and Nomura Holdings, on bank, insurance and other financial regulatory matters.
