Craig Jones is one of our English law qualified partners, pursuing a broad-based corporate practice with a focus on strategic financing. He has acted on a large number of financing transactions, including everything from straight-forward bilateral loan arrangements to highly structured project financings. His experience includes advising on numerous leveraged finance transactions and restructuring of debt arrangements for distressed borrowers. In addition to his financing work, Craig has advised on a number of corporate acquisitions and divestitures, usually involving private equity. He also has significant experience of equity co-investment and fund structures as well as cybersecurity issues.
