Long and recognised experience in banking and financial markets law and in the areas of debt capital markets and corporate finance. Ugo regularly assists alternative investment fund managers in Italy. Prior to joining the Firm, Ugo was a partner at leading international firms such as Dewey & LeBoeuf, Ashurst and Paul Hastings. He was the former president of the Associazione Italiana Certificati e Prodotti di Investimento (ACEPI) (Italian Association for Investment Products and Certificates) and a board member of EUSIPA (European Structured Investment Products Association). He authored numerous publications and speaks regularly at conferences on financial markets law.
