Bio

Rocco Santarelli practices in the areas of corporate, M&A, and capital markets law. He also advises in debt restructuring and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced with Norton Rose Fulbright (2001-2008) in Milan. Rocco is a teaching and research assistant of Commercial Law at LUISS University in Rome.
