Bio

Deborah Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate recapitalizations and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of publicly held and privately owned companies in the pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, and consumer products sectors. Deborah also provides corporate and strategic business counseling for a variety of clients. She works extensively with both early-stage and mature companies that have intellectual property, including patents, as a core asset, including on acquisition, venture capital, and licensing transactions. Deborah is currently serving a two-year term on Stradley Ronon’s board of directors as an at-large member.
