Bio

Anastasia Sheffler-Wood focuses her practice on corporate law, representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and cross-border transactions. Additionally, she handles private equity and venture capital investments. Anastasia also provides general corporate counseling to clients in numerous industries, including manufacturing, aerospace, transportation and logistics, food and beverage, financial services and information technology. Anastasia serves on Stradley Ronon’s board of directors, as an at-large member. Anastasia has received several distinguished professional honors: (i) One of twelve attorneys chosen from throughout the nation as a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 2020 Emerging Leaders Award; (ii) One of three attorneys in the United States honored by Law360 as a 2021 Rising Star for transactional work in the transportation industry; (iii) One of nine M&A attorneys in Pennsylvania selected by Super Lawyers as a 2021 Rising Star; and (iv) One of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2017 "Lawyers on the Fast Track." Anastasia graduated first in her law school class and served on the editorial board of the Temple Law Review. She also completed a judicial internship with the Hon J. Curtis Joyner, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
