A Member of Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office since 1994, Lynn Wangerin has extensive experience serving clients through the Business Services practice group, with particular emphasis on Privacy & Information Security and Information Technology. As the Internet has evolved into a web of things, and data breaches have moved from hot topics to sensitive pain points for businesses, Lynn has become a valuable resource for clients looking to manage risk related to information collection and vendor management. She has published numerous articles on data protection and privacy issues. Outside of the realm of information technology, Lynn supports clients in reviewing contracts and agreements relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities & Corporate Governance, and Equine Transactions. Over the course of her career, she has served clients in the technology, alcohol, food manufacturing, trucking and motor coach, and equine industries.
