Laurie Huotari has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, company reorganizations, private equity financing, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and joint venture and strategic alliances. She also acts as general counsel to a variety of clients and advises entrepreneurs on choice of entity and startup matters.
