Richard is a corporate partner and senior partner of the firm. He joined Stevens & Bolton LLP in 1988, having trained and worked at a magic circle City firm, and became a partner in 1990. Richard deals with a wide range of corporate, corporate finance and related regulatory work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance issues. Richard’s sector experience includes technology, outsourcing and renewable energy. Commenting in Chambers UK, the leading independent guide to law firms, clients have described Richard as a “very experienced senior partner who puts time in at a detailed level on deals.
