Tom Page practice includes advising clients on IPOs, Code takeovers, private company M&A including mid and large cap and cross border transactions, restructuring and joint ventures. He has particular experience advising mid-cap investment banks and working on transactions in the life sciences sector. Tom is consultant co-editor of "A Practitioner's Guide to the AIM Rules" published by Sweet & Maxwell.
