Adam Crossley is a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity and growth capital. He advises on private equity transactions, acting for private equity houses, founders, management and portfolio companies. Recent transactions include acting for FPE Capital on its investment into Intragen, advising the shareholders of Kallidus on its sale to Apse Capital, advising the shareholders of Judicium Education to supporting Education Group and advising the management team in relation to the acquisition of Kellas Midstream by Blackrock and GIC. Adam is also a regular speaker on the BVCA training programme.
