Bio

Jasper Stek is a partner in Stek’s corporate and commercial team. He represents national and international clients in corporate transactions and advises on a variety of commercial contracts. In addition, he acts as arbitrator and as binding advisor and is regularly appointed as investigator by the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam in corporate litigation matters. Jasper is a member of the Board of Representatives of the Netherlands Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation and the Rimari Foundation for court-appointed officers. He is also a member of the Board of the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra / Netherlands Chamber Orchestra.
