Bio

As member of the Paris bar since 1986, Armelle Maître in involved in the creation of Stehlin & Associés after six years spent at Klein & Associés. She became a partner in 1991. The team of attorneys she leads works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. She holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris-II Assas and a DEA (post-graduate degree) in business law from the University of Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
